Diwali or Deewala?

 

कोई सोच रहा है, धनतेरस पर कितना सोना ख़रीदना है.

कोई सोच रहा है, ठंडा शुरू होने वाली है कहां सोना है।


“This is something that snatches away a child’s childhood.” It deeply disappointed me whenever I witnessed the dejected faces of these innocent kids 😦


At this point, it is pertinent to note that festivals like Deepawali do not bring happiness to everyone in our society. Therefore, it is crucial not only to celebrate festivals but also to share happiness. This does not just mean donating to those in need but also includes purchasing locally-made products instead of going to lavish malls.


                                                              Be the reason for someone’s smile 🫶🏻✨

This summer vacation, as it was coming to an end, my heart felt heavy. I needed some time alone — something I couldn’t get at home because of the constant noise and activity. So, I packed two bags, told my parents that I was going on a trip with friends and would be back in 4-5 days. I knew they wouldn’t let me go alone because of my careless nature. Why there is so much suffering in life?

It terrifies me sometimes—   the ugliness that stains the world,   painted with shades of despair and evils untold ...... Whenever I pass through the corridors of cities,   the sprawling roads of sprawling metropolises,   a question troubles me deeply:   why is there so much suffering in the world?   Why is it that someone like me has every comfort,   while others cannot afford even two square meals a day?   When will the day come   when such inequality is erased from the face of the earth?
